Z plastic runs stiffer and more overstable than ESP, semi-transparent with a color that stays vivid instead of fading, and Discraft puts it under putters, midranges, and drivers alike so there is a Z version of nearly every mold in the catalog. It is the plastic to reach for once an ESP disc starts flying too flippy for your arm.

The Z Zone OS pushes the shop's most bagged approach disc further overstable for headwind holes. The Z Buzzz gives the classic stable midrange a hard fading, wind resistant flight, and the Z Scorch covers a fast distance driver for advanced arms chasing max distance off the tee.

Cold weather rounds are where Z plastic's stiffness pays off most, since it holds grip better than a softer blend in freezing temperatures. Compare it against ESP plastic for a grippier, slightly more understable option, or Big Z for even more durability.
