Refund policy
At Reaper Disc Supply, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. Discs must be new, un-thrown, and in their original packaging.
2. Apparel must be unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
Please note that certain products or categories may be non-returnable or have special return conditions.
For qualifying returns that were damaged or our fault, we will provide a prepaid shipping label, provided that the return is due to our error. For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Please note that if your original order qualified for free shipping due to meeting the $65 threshold and the value of the returned item(s) brings the order total below $65, a shipping cost of $4.95 will be deducted from your refund.
