Prodigy FX-3 Fairway Driver

A stable fairway driver has to do two jobs at once: fly straight enough to trust off the tee and hold enough control to shape a line into the woods. The Prodigy FX-3 handles both at 9, 5, -1, 2, a workhorse control driver with a subtle turn that opens up long straight shots and a moderate fade that closes the flight down predictably. It suits backhand and forehand releases equally, which is part of why it is the disc thrown when nothing fancy is needed, just a reliable, straight to fairway driver.

Beginners get an easy, trustworthy distance disc out of it, and more advanced players use the same flight for tight fairway shots where a big turnover would cost them strokes.
