Low speed, low glide, and built to go exactly where you point it: the Lone Star Discs Armadillo is a stable putt and approach disc at 1, 2, 0, 1 with a thumbtrack for grip. Forehand throwers lean on it hard because it handles torque without burning over, and the thumbtrack feel compares closely to a Rhyno or Birdie depending on which plastic you pick up.
In Bravo it goes dead straight with very little effort, which is why I reach for it on any approach where I cannot afford to miss the line. The V1 plastic runs a touch thicker in the hand and is grippier in cold weather.
