At Reaper Disc Supply, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers across the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Carriers & Shipping Options

We use USPS and UPS to deliver our products. Our shipping options currently do not vary; however, we ensure that your orders are dispatched and delivered efficiently.

Shipping Fees

For our customers within the United States, we offer free shipping for orders over $65 and a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.95 for orders under this amount.

All shirts, tank tops, hoodies & stickers ship for free regardless of the order amount.

For our international customers in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, shipping costs are determined based on the weight and size of the package. Please note that we do not offer free shipping or returns on international orders.

Processing & Delivery Time

We strive to process all orders within one business day. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 2-6 business days, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking

Orders weighing over 3 ounces are provided with tracking information to keep you updated on your order’s status.

Packaging

Our discs are shipped either in boxes or padded envelopes with cardboard backing, and include a collector's bag for added protection.

Order Composition

Please note that all apparel and print-on-demand products ship separately from discs if ordered together.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees and duties that may apply.

Returns and Exchanges

If a returned item causes your order total to fall below $65, thus making it ineligible for free shipping, a $4.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your return.
