We photograph every disc on our site, so the disc in the photo is actual disc you will receive.

Sometimes stamps and colors can look different depending on the lighting and the device you are viewing it on.

We do our best to accurately depict every disc but please be aware that it may look slightly different than the photo.

Discs are shipped inside of their protective poly bag, and will arrive either in a box or a padded bubble mailer.

Discs that are shipped in a padded mailers will also have cardboard inside for added support during shipment.

Discs that are box shipped will be surrounded by paper, bubble wrap, or some form of protection to mitigate damage during shipment.

Once our discs are catalogued and photographed, they are stored upright in protective poly bags (never stacked).

Please make sure to zoom in and carefully inspect each disc so you can see any storage wear on the disc.

Storage wear doesn't always show in photos, so sometimes there may be some light storage marks that weren't visible in the photo.

We offer $4.95 flat rate U.S. shipping whether you buy 2 or 20 discs. We do not offer flat rate shipping for international orders.

Discs usually ship within 1 business day, but in rare situations they could take up to 3 days.

Apparel orders usually ship within 3-5 business days, and may come in several different packages, as certain products come from different locations. Notifications and tracking information for each shipment will be sent via email.  

During the holidays there may be unexpected delays.   Shipping days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. We observe all US holidays. 

General delivery times in the US are 3-10 business days after ship date. This is an estimated delivery time, not a guaranteed delivery.  US packages are considered delayed if they have not been received within 14 days.

International:

International orders generally arrive in 10-21 business days after shipping.  During peak seasons, there are generally delays.  International packages are considered delayed if they have not been received within 40 days.  

Special note for international orders:

Import duties, taxes, charges, and/or Value-Added Taxes (VAT) (customs fees) are not included in the  item price or shipping cost of your order.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  These fees are calculated at the shipping destination and must be paid upon delivery. Fees will vary, depending on the destination country.  Please check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Yes! When your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

Once you receive that tracking number, your package is ready for the carrier pick-up.

Tracking will begin once the carrier makes the initial scan of your package. 

It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to appear in the system.

We limit some of our discs to one per household. These are discs that are in extremely limited supply in the industry and we want ensure as many people as possible can get one. We appreciate you observing our order limits.


If more than one limited quantity disc is ordered, the subsequent order(s) will be handled as follows:


- If the subsequent order contains only the limited disc, the entire order will be cancelled and refunded.


- If the subsequent order contains other items in addition to the limited disc, you will be refunded the price of the limited disc and the rest of your order will be processed.


- If you are able to somehow bypass our one disc per order limit and you purchase multiple on the same order we will refund all but one of the discs. We will select which once disc is shipped.

Once your order is placed we send it to one of our fulfillment centers.

Once they are sent for fulfillment, they cannot be canceled, changed or redirected to another address.

If we ship your package to the address you provided and it is returned, we will issue a credit for the product price less a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping is non-refundable.

No. The packing slip inside your order will not contain pricing or billing name/address information.

Packing slips only include the ship to name/address, order date, order number and list of items ordered.

If sent as a gift, the purchaser's name will not be listed.

We gladly accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unused merchandised in brand new condition. 

Simply return it within 10 days of delivery.  Exchanges will be processed the day they are received. 

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.  Shipping is non-refundable. 

If you have not received your package within 14 days (US) or 40 days (international) please contact the carrier. Use the tracking information that was sent to you and file a form with them to trace your order. 

They will guide you through the process of trying to locate your missing package. Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages.

All of our apparel contains some amount of cotton, and cotton does shrink. Our 100% cotton tees are preshrunk, but you can expect some additional shrinkage - especially if you wash in hot water.

If you plan on washing/drying your garments frequently, our shirts may shrink between 3-5%.

If you do not want your product to shrink -  we recommend washing in cold water and hang drying them only.
