The Innova Hawkeye is a 7 speed stable fairway driver that flies 7 / 5 / -1 / 1, a shallow, comfortable rim that is not as deep as a midrange but still easy for a smaller hand to grip. I throw it flat and it holds a neutral, close-to-straight line with a light fade, and it releases just as clean on a forehand as a backhand.
It is a genuine beginner disc, including for a kid just learning the game, and it stays useful as your arm speed grows since it keeps flying straighter the more it beats in.
