Discraft Z Buzzz OS
8
The Discraft Z Buzzz OS takes the most popular midrange shape in disc golf and adds real overstability, built for forehand shots and headwinds rather than the neutral line the standard Buzzz is known for. Z Line locks that extra stability in and keeps it there for years.
Flight Numbers: 5 / 4 / 0 / 3
Z Line is Discraft's durable premium plastic, slicker in the hand than ESP but tougher against tree strikes and slow to lose its stability as it beats in. On the Buzzz OS that means the strong, dumping fade felt on day one is still there years later.
Ripped flat and full power it holds a flat line for a couple hundred feet before dropping hard into a reliable fade rather than drifting or turning over, which is exactly the shot this disc is built for. On hyzer it stays locked to that line, and it is a strong forehand flick disc for anyone who keeps flipping a neutral midrange in the wind. It is closer to a one-shot disc than the standard Buzzz: use it under 320 feet on a hyzer or a flat power throw, and let a Roc or a Drone handle the longer utility shots. Intermediate and advanced players use it as the mid-range that will not turn over when the wind picks up.
Want the same shape with a neutral, all around flight instead? Try the ESP Buzzz. Prefer it in a stiffer premium blend? The ESP Buzzz OS is the one to grab. Browse the rest of our overstable midrange discs.
