The Innova TL in Champion Glow plastic is a stable fairway driver that goes by TeeBird-Long, since it flies like a longer, slightly less fading Teebird. Champion Glow holds a charge under a flashlight or headlamp for a long time, an easy pick for night rounds as much as daytime ones. Intermediate and advanced players can shape it into almost any line.

Champion holds its shape well instead of going gummy, so the disc keeps a nice heartbeat pop and a firm rim through a long stretch of rounds. It has less grip than Star, but the tradeoff is a slower beat in and a longer stretch of consistent flight before this fairway driver starts turning over. Compared to Star TL, Champion is the plastic to buy if you want the stability to hold as long as possible.

Release it flat and it glides for a long time before a light, gentle fade closes out the flight, a great tunnel shot disc when you cannot afford much error. Thrown with real speed on a hyzer, it will hyzer flip out to a long, straight line for maximum distance. Beginners get a forgiving fairway driver that shows a clean release instead of hiding it, and experienced players use it as the ruler they measure other fairway drivers against.
