Champion Glow is translucent and slick fresh out of the wrapper, then grips up over a season of play the way standard Champion does. It charges under any light source and holds a soft glow long enough for a few holes after dark, without giving up any of Champion's durability against tree strikes.
Thrown flat or on hyzer it will not turn over, even for a big arm pushing real speed, and it finishes with a hard, dependable fade every time. That makes it a strong headwind option and a good choice once you have outgrown more understable overstable drivers and want something that simply will not flip. It is not a beginner disc. You need speed to unlock the glide, or it will fade out early and come up short.
