Innova Champion Color Glow Teebird3 (Anthony Barela Tour Series)
2
The Innova Champion Color Glow TeeBird3, in Anthony Barela's Tour Series stamp, is a stable fairway driver built as a sleeker, flatter version of the original TeeBird. It trades a little glide for more speed and precision, which makes it the more target-specific of the two molds.
Flight Numbers: 8 / 4 / 0 / 2
Champion Color Glow on the TeeBird3 feels stiff and durable new, with a glow charge that lights up well and lasts through a full round after dark. The rim runs a little thinner than most fairway drivers, closer in the hand to a Buzzz than a typical driver, which forehand throwers in particular tend to like. It softens gradually with play, and Color Glow tends to grip up and break in a bit faster than stock Champion.
Thrown flat it flies neutral to slightly overstable, holding a straight line with a dependable finishing fade rather than the long glide-out of the original TeeBird. The flatter top and modified nose keep it accurate on target-specific shots, controlled drives, and any hole where you're throwing at a gap instead of for raw distance. Advanced throwers use it as a workhorse fairway driver for wooded courses, and anyone replacing a beat-in TeeBird will find the transition easy since the flight patterns overlap closely.
Same brand, different feel: the Halo TeeBird3 runs the same shape in Halo plastic for a bit more grip. Want more glide out of a similar mold? The Star TeeBird3 is the one to grab. Shop the rest of our stable fairway drivers.
