Fuzion Orbit holds a stiffer, more overstable flight than Dynamic Discs' softer Lucid plastic right out of the package, and it takes a full season of throws to beat in toward the straighter flight most people end up preferring. The domed top can feel like a lot on a forehand release at first, but it settles into a comfortable grip once you get used to it.

Thrown flat it holds a straight line through the front of the flight with a moderate, predictable fade rather than a hard dump, and the glide carries it further than a typical 9 speed. On a hyzer it will flip up to flat and hold before fading back, and into a headwind it resists turning over better than the Escape does. It suits any skill level looking for a dependable control driver, though newer players will get more mileage out of it once the plastic beats in a bit and the fade softens.
