This Discmania Essence in Bio Lumen Glow plastic is a special edition release that was never sold on Discmania's own site, and Reaper is one of the few shops that has it in stock.

Bio Lumen Glow swaps part of the plastic blend for a bio based material, and it still holds a strong glow charge after a flashlight or headlamp hits it. It feels slightly grippier in the hand than the standard Color Lumen Glow run, and the swirl pattern the glow additive creates means no two discs in this batch look quite the same.

This is still the understable Essence flight at its core: a gradual turn on a flat release, plenty of glide, and a short fade to finish. It is one of the better first distance drivers I hand to a beginner because it does not punish an early or late release the way a faster, more overstable driver would. Bigger arms use it on tailwind holes or as a reliable hyzer flip through a gap, since it flips up easily and holds there.
