Lumen Glow is Discmania's glow blend, built on the same base as Neo but with a light charging additive mixed through the plastic instead of a printed glow layer. It holds a charge well after a flashlight or headlamp hits it, and the grip is close to standard Neo, just a touch less tacky.

Thrown flat it turns over gradually and glides a long way before easing into a short fade, which is the flight new players need to feel what a full distance shot actually looks like. On a hyzer it flips up fast for an easy hyzer flip through gaps. Slower arms get real distance without needing a hard release, and it is consistent enough that two identical discs from the same run tend to land within a few feet of each other, which matters when you are still learning to read your own throws.
