D-Line is grippy and a little rubbery in the hand, closer to a base line feel than a premium blend, and it beats in fast. That is a feature here, not a flaw. A fresh D-Line FD flies close to neutral out of the box, and after a few rounds it opens up into a gentle turnover, so the same disc keeps working for you as it wears.

Thrown flat it holds a mild high speed turn before settling flat and finishing with a short, soft fade. On a hyzer it will flip up to flat and ride, and on a knife hyzer with a little extra pop it can turn all the way into a roller, which makes it a good tool for learning what a full release angle actually does. Slower arms and newer players get a smooth, controlled fairway driver here, and the glow makes it a natural for a dusk round when you do not want to lose your good disc in the grass.
