The Streamline Plasma Trace is the same 11 speed Trace mold in Plasma, MVP's translucent premium blend, and it is the version I hand a newer player who wants a stable driver that will not fight them. Plasma runs a little less stiff out of the box than Neutron, so it settles into its flight faster.

Plasma feels grippy and a touch softer in the hand than Neutron, closer to Champion plastic in stiffness but with better traction. It breaks in within a round or two, which means the slight overstable edge on a fresh disc relaxes into the dead straight flight the numbers promise sooner. It still takes a beating and holds up through plenty of fairway skips before it needs replacing.

Thrown flat, expect a short right turn before it straightens out and glides for most of the flight, then a mild, forward fade at the end. It handles headwind well for an 11 speed and does not want to flip over the way lighter rimmed drivers do. Forehand players get an easy 300 plus feet with a predictable flex line. It suits intermediate and advanced bags looking for a workhorse rather than a beginner still learning release angles.
