Axiom Neutron Paradox
5
The Axiom Neutron Paradox is an understable midrange built to turn over and hold a line without much resistance. Neutron is Axiom's translucent premium plastic, so this disc is more durable than most beginner-friendly mids while still being easy to throw.
Flight Numbers: 5 / 4 / -4 / 0
Neutron plastic gives the Paradox a grippy, semi-firm feel that holds up to years of tree hits without chunking. It has a beaded rim, which adds a little extra glide compared to Axiom's beadless mids, and it takes a long time to soften up, so the flip you get fresh out of the wrapper sticks around.
Thrown flat this disc turns over fast and holds a long, gentle turn with almost no fade at the end, which makes it a natural for rollers, big turnover lines, and hyzer flips through gaps that a straighter midrange cannot reach. New players get an easy path to their first 250 foot midrange throw with it, since the low speed and heavy turn do not need much arm to unlock. More advanced throwers keep one around specifically for the shots a stable midrange cannot make: full flex anhyzer lines and low ceiling turnovers under trees.
Want a straighter option from the same plastic family? The Neutron Hex is Axiom's go-to stable mid. Need the same easy turnover flight in a driver instead? The Neutron Vanish gives you that same low resistance turn with more speed behind it. Browse our understable midrange discs.
