Ethos is translucent with a glassy shine and some of the nicest swirl patterns TSA makes. It is stiffer out of the box than Aura, but it beats in over time into a slightly turnover flight, closer to 5 / 5 / -1 / 1, without losing the stability that makes it dependable.

Thrown flat it holds a straight line with the expected late finish, and the depth of the mold is not too deep and not too shallow, which keeps a power grip comfortable through a long round. It replaces a Buzzz in a lot of bags for exactly that reason.

Good for new players who want a workhorse midrange that will not surprise them, and for experienced players who want the extra durability of a stiffer plastic. It holds up well over a full season without losing its shape.
