Discraft Z FLX Force (Corey Ellis Tour Series)
The Discraft Force in Z FLX plastic carries Corey Ellis's 2024 Tour Series stamp on Discraft's fastest overstable driver, a speed 12 distance driver built for power throwers who want maximum fade at the end of a long flight.
Flight Numbers: 12 / 5 / 0 / 3
Z FLX is a translucent, Jawbreaker-colored blend that flexes more than standard Elite Z while keeping the same grip and long-term durability. It softens the disc's feel in the hand without softening the flight, so the Force still holds its overstable line even after a season of use. For arm speeds that cannot get it ripping at full power, this plastic still gives a comfortable meathook utility disc that fades hard and lands where you point it.
With enough speed behind it, the Force flies flat for a long stretch before turning over into its fade, which is what makes it a staple headwind driver in bags that already carry a Destroyer or a Zeus. On anhyzer it holds that angle further than most speed 12 drivers before finishing. It rewards a big arm and punishes a soft release, so newer players will find it fighting them more than helping.
Want a comparable disc from another brand? The Innova Star Destroyer flies in the same class with a slightly wider rim. Prefer the same mold without the tour stamp? The ESP Force is grippier and a bit cheaper. Browse the rest of our Force collection.
