The Innova Champion Glow Gator3, in Joel Freeman's Tour Series stamp, is a very overstable midrange with a flat top and almost no glide. It fills the slot the Caiman used to hold in a lot of bags, and once it's in there it tends to replace the Caiman outright.

Champion plastic on the Gator3 is stiff, durable, and glow-charged, and it grips well on both a backhand and a forehand release thanks to the low, flat profile. It's beaded, which adds a little extra bite to the grip compared to a beadless midrange, and it holds up to heavy use without losing its shape.

Thrown flat it goes exactly on the line you release it on and barely acknowledges the wind on the way to the basket, finishing with a strong, predictable fade. Because the glide is low, it won't carry much past 200 feet on most releases, which makes it a utility disc for approach shots and short, controlled midrange throws rather than a distance piece. Forehand throwers especially notice the improvement in accuracy once they add it, since the low profile and heavy fade cancel out a lot of the drift a flatter release can cause. Advanced players use it for technical approach shots where turnover simply isn't an option.
