Kastaplast K1 Stig
2
The Kastaplast K1 Stig is an understable midrange driver built for skinny fairways, molded in K1, Kastaplast's durable and firm premium plastic.
Flight Numbers: 6 / 5 / -2 / 1
K1 is firm out of the box and gummy in a good way, sticky enough to hold onto in cold or wet conditions without ever feeling slick. It is one of the more durable plastics on the market and breaks in slowly, so the Stig you throw today will still fly close to these numbers a season from now.
It is built in the same family as the Kaxe, but with more understable action and less fade, which shows up on touch shots and tailwind drives where you want the disc to carry and turn rather than hold a hard line. It glides comfortably into circle one on a well-placed hyzer.
Good for players who want a midrange for curveball shots and shaping lines around trees rather than a straight workhorse. Limit 1 per household while this run lasts.
Want the same mold with a glow-in-the-dark option? The K1 Glow Stig runs the identical flight. Need it in a firmer, longer-wearing plastic? The K1 Hard Stig (Clay Edwards) holds its edge even longer. Shop the rest of our understable midranges.
Speed 6, glide 5, turn -2, fade 1. Diameter 21.1 cm, rim width 1.6 cm, max weight 175 g.
