Kastaplast K1 Soft Berg X
1
The Kastaplast Berg X in K1 Soft is the more overstable big brother to the original Berg, built for players who want the same low, flat feel but with more fade when they put real power behind it.
Flight Numbers: 1 / 1 / 1 / 2
K1 Soft is a slightly flexible, grippier take on Kastaplast's flagship blend, and it feels shallower in the hand than standard K1, which players with smaller hands tend to prefer. It is still a durable plastic that holds its stiffness through a full season of putting.
It will not flip up no matter the angle you release it on, and it carries a heavier, more dependable fade than the standard Berg, so misses tend to come up short instead of skipping past. That consistency is what makes it a strong forehand approach disc and a reliable get-out-of-trouble putter on short hyzer shots. It is not built for flex shots or long glidey lines; it is built to go where you aim it and stop.
Want the standard K1 version of this mold? The Kastaplast K1 Berg X fades a little less. Curious about the original Berg it is based on? Try the Kastaplast K3 Berg. See the rest of our overstable putters.
