Kastaplast K1 Glow Rask
The Kastaplast K1 Glow Rask is a speed 14, heavily overstable distance driver in K1 Glow Line plastic built around Kastaplast's drag reduction rim.
Flight Numbers: 14 / 3 / 0 / 4
K1 Glow Line stays firm and durable at this speed, and the glow charges bright enough to track a throw well after dark. The rim runs narrower than most drivers at speed 14, which is the drag reduction shape at work, and it keeps the disc from feeling oversized even with that much speed behind it.
This disc does not turn over. Thrown flat or on a hyzer it holds a strong overstable line the whole way and fades hard at the end, which makes it a dependable choice into a headwind or on a hyzer bomb where you need the disc to fight back rather than flip. Low glide keeps it from floating past your target, so it is a driver for tricky, technical shots rather than max distance bombs. It takes real arm speed to get it flying at all, so this is squarely an advanced disc, not a starting point for a newer player.
Need every bit of overstability you can get? The K1 Glow Grym is the easier going Kastaplast driver if you want more turn, and the K3 Berg rounds out the bag with a grippy putter. Shop all overstable distance drivers.
