Halo S-Blend is frosted and semi-translucent, grippy in cold and wet conditions, and it holds this disc's overstable character through years of use. Early production runs tend to be a bit domey with a pop-top feel, which adds a touch of glide without softening the fade.
Ripped flat at real power it crushes through the air and holds its line well before a controlled fade closes it out, and I have thrown it enough in different plastics to say the flight stays consistent no matter which run you get. On a hyzer it holds and does not flip, and forehand throwers get a wide, comfortable rim for full-power releases. It is a power driver first, better suited to advanced and intermediate throwers who can already handle a speed 12 disc.
