Discraft Recycled ESP Scorch
1
The Discraft Recycled ESP Scorch flies the same understable numbers as the standard Scorch, molded from reclaimed ESP plastic instead of virgin material.
Flight Numbers: 11 / 6 / -2 / 2
Recycled ESP keeps the grippy, tacky feel of standard ESP, but the color runs come out mottled and unique since the batch mixes reclaimed regrind. Durability is close to full ESP, and it beats in at the same easy pace, softening a touch each season without losing much stability.
Thrown flat with real speed it turns over and glides on its side before fading back at the finish, and that 6 of glide is what carries it further than an 11 speed usually goes. On a hyzer with moderate power it flattens out and rides straight for a long, easy flight, the shot a newer player leans on to find a first 300 foot drive. A big arm can flatten it hard for a low, skipping roller.
Want the same flight in virgin plastic instead of a recycled run? The Discraft ESP Scorch is the standard version. Prefer a stiffer plastic that holds the flip longer? The Discraft Z Scorch barely changes over time. Browse our understable distance drivers.
