Prodigy Gannon Buhr PA-3 300 Firm Spectrum
The Prodigy PA-3 in Gannon Buhr's 300 Firm Spectrum stamp is Prodigy's straightest flying putt and approach disc, and 300 Firm is the stiffer, more durable side of Prodigy's popular 300 line.
Flight Numbers: 3 / 3 / 0 / 1
300 Firm trades a little of the tacky grip that softer 300 plastic has for extra stiffness and durability, so it holds its shape longer under repeated putting and takes tree hits without denting. The small bead on the rim gives it a comfortable edge in the hand, which is a big part of why the PA-3 became one of Prodigy's most popular putters.
Thrown for a putt it holds a straight, predictable line with a light fade at the finish, exactly what a low-speed, low-fade putter should do. As a throwing putter off the tee it holds a hyzer line well and does not want to turn over, so it works for short tee shots and layups as much as it does inside the circle. Beginners like it because it does what you tell it to, and advanced players use it as a dependable upshot disc when accuracy matters more than distance.
Want the softer feel of Prodigy's base 300 blend? The Prodigy 300 Firm PA-3 covers that ground, or try the Prodigy PA-3 350G for a stiffer, beat-resistant version. See more in stable putters.
