Z Fly Dye puts Discraft's durable Elite Z blend through an individual dye process, so the swirl on every disc is unique while the grip and long-term flight stay the same as standard Z Line. It holds up well over a season and will not chunk on a tree strike the way softer plastics do.

Thrown flat this disc turns over easily and glides a long way before a light fade closes it out, which is exactly the shot that gets a new bag its first 300 foot drive. Bigger arms will find it flips over too easily for a workhorse driver and should treat it as a turnover or roller specialist instead. It is one of the more forgiving distance drivers Discraft makes, and I still reach for it on tailwind holes and long, open turnover lines.
