The Discraft Big Z Vulture is an overstable control driver built as a straighter, more glidey alternative to the Predator, here in Discraft's durable Big Z plastic.

Big Z gives the Vulture a stiff, slightly pearly finish that resists chunking on tree hits and holds its shape through a long beat-in period. It is a heavier feeling plastic in the hand than ESP, with less give but real durability.

On a flat release it goes straight for most of the flight before fading left fairly hard at the end, more forward penetrating than side to side, which makes it a workhorse for straight fairway lines. A hyzer release mostly holds the line unless you put real power behind it, and it will fight out of an anhyzer for a while before finishing.

It is comfortable for both forehand and backhand thanks to a reasonably sized rim, and it fills the gap between a fully overstable driver and a straighter fairway option.
