The Discraft CryZtal Rattler is a tall, thin-rimmed putter that flies almost exactly like an ultimate disc, cast here in Discraft's translucent CryZtal plastic from the Ledgestone release.

CryZtal is Discraft's clear, glass-like premium plastic, firmer and more durable than the baseline Pro-D most Rattlers ship in, which matters here since Pro-D tends to beat up fast on this particular mold. It holds a crisp, grippy feel for longer without going soft.

It flies almost dead straight with barely any turn or fade, the same flat, floaty flight you get out of an ultimate disc, and it absorbs impact on landing instead of bouncing or rolling away. It does not take torque well, so it is not the disc for a hard flick, but for approach shots under 100 feet it is about as predictable as putters get.

Anyone new to the game gets an easy, confidence-building disc here, and players coming over from ultimate frisbee will feel instantly at home with it.
