Jawbreaker is a soft, rubbery plastic with more grip than ESP or Z, and the Swirl run marbles two colors through it so every disc comes out a little different. It does not stiffen up much as it beats in, so the flight you get on day one is close to the flight you get two seasons later. That consistency matters on a disc this overstable, since a Raptor that beats in to neutral loses the whole reason you bagged it.

Thrown flat it holds dead straight before finishing hard left with a dependable fade, and on a full power hyzer it will not flip over even in a stiff headwind. It is a comfortable forehand disc too, flat enough in the hand for a clean flick release. Newer players will find it demanding since it does not forgive a soft or off axis throw, but intermediate and advanced players use it as the disc that gets them out of the woods or into a headwind hole with confidence.
