Streamline Eclipse Color Glow Drift (OTB Open) | Pre-Order
The Streamline Eclipse Color Glow Drift from the OTB Open is an understable fairway driver with Skulboy's UV-reactive art on top, so it keeps flying and glowing after the round moves into the evening. It is a great step up from a starter-pack driver for anyone still learning to control turnover.
Flight Numbers: 7 / 5 / -2 / 1
Eclipse Color Glow plastic charges bright under a UV light, with green showing up strongest, though every color glows well in the dark. It has a comfortable, medium rim size that is easy to release with precision, and it holds up fine even when you start pushing it for more distance.
A softer throw sends this disc dead straight with a gentle, consistent fade. Push it harder and it takes off with some understability before the fade pulls it back, so it never turns into an uncontrolled roller. A hyzer flip release works especially well, holding the line all the way to the ground.
Good for players moving up from an entry-level driver, since it turns over easily at lower power and still holds together when a bigger arm puts real speed on it. Comes at a random weight and color between 170 and 175 grams.
Want more turnover from a similar mold? The Streamline Neutron Ascend flips over a touch easier. Need a control driver with a bit more stability? The Lone Star Discs Bravo Mockingbird is a good comparison. Browse our understable fairway drivers.
