The Mint Discs Eternal Freetail is an understable control driver that turns over easily and holds a hyzer flip line better than almost anything else in this speed class. Eternal is the plastic that gets people the most distance out of this mold, closer in feel to a premium champion-style blend than Mint's other Freetail plastics.

Eternal is a little slippery when wet compared to grippier base plastics, but it is resilient. Mine has hit plenty of trees and still flies the way it did new. It takes longer to beat in than Apex or Sublime, so a brand new one can fly a touch more stable than the numbers suggest until it gets some rounds on it.

At full weight it makes a great hyzer flip disc, turning up to flat and riding a long, controlled turnover line. Thrown flat with speed it goes long with a soft finish, and it holds up in wind better than most 10 speeds with this much turn once it is broken in.

Slower arms may need a few rounds before the flip really shows up, but once it does, this becomes an easy distance disc. Bigger arms get long, sweeping turnover shots and rollers out of it with no extra effort.
