Neutron is firm out of the box and stays that way through a long break in period, which matters on a disc this fast because a soft, worn plastic would turn over sooner than the numbers promise. It holds up to full power throws without ballooning early, and the grip stays workable even after plenty of rounds.

Thrown flat and level it holds a straight line with a controlled fade at the end, forehand or backhand. It handles a mild anhyzer angle for extra distance but loses some pop if you push the angle too far. This is a big arm disc: slower arm speeds will feel the wide rim before they ever see the fade, while advanced and professional throwers get long, workable flights out of it once they can put real speed on the release.
