MVP Neutron Terra
3
The MVP Neutron Terra is an overstable fairway driver from the James Conrad line, built to hold a line in wind instead of getting pushed around by it. Neutron plastic is the firm, durable option this mold ships in most often.
Flight Numbers: 8 / 5 / 0 / 3
Neutron here comes out of the mold beefy and a little stiff, closer to a meathook than a finished flight until it has some rounds on it. It takes real beat in before it softens toward the numbers on the flight chart, and once it does, it holds that flight for a long time. The grip stays solid through wet holes and cold mornings.
Pushed out on a hyzer angle it holds the angle and keeps carrying forward before the fade kicks in at the end, instead of dumping out early the way some overstable discs do. That makes it good for shaping approach shots on tight fairways and for fighting through headwind holes where a neutral disc would drift off line. Intermediate and advanced players get the most out of it; a newer player will find it needs some arm speed to open up.
Want a touch less fade while it is still fresh? The MVP Plasma Servo is a lower speed, more approachable control driver. Bag it next to the MVP Neutron Volt (Reaper Edition) for a slightly faster stable option. Shop all of our overstable fairway drivers.
