The Innova Halo Star TL3 is a flatter, faster version of the original TL, made in Innova's toughest, most overstable plastic. This is about as close to a perfectly stable fairway driver as Innova gets, which is why it is a common replacement for a Discraft Stalker or a Thunderbird.

It handles more power than a lot of comparable fairway drivers without turning over, so bigger arms can lean into it on tunnel shots and straight drives without losing control. Beginners will feel the turn a bit more and can use it to learn how release angle changes a flight, while intermediate and advanced players lean on it as a dependable control driver in a headwind.
