Discraft Anthony Barela ESP Venom (Reaper Edition)
The Discraft Anthony Barela ESP Venom, Reaper Edition, pairs a Tour Series stamp on the bottom with our flame vortex stamp on top. The Venom is Discraft's high speed distance driver built for players with the arm to send it into wind and keep it on line.
Flight Numbers: 12 / 4 / 0 / 4
ESP plastic here is Discraft's grippy, durable premium blend, holding grip in cold and wet rounds without going slick, and the swirl pattern on every disc keeps this run looking a little different from the last. It takes a season or more of throwing to soften, so expect the overstable flight to stay close to true for a long time.
At full power it holds a stubbornly straight line and finishes hard left rather than turning over, which is exactly what a big arm wants for a long distance drive into a headwind. It is not a disc for players still building up speed, since the fade shows up fast if the disc is not moving fast enough to punch through it, but for players with real arm speed it is a reliable way to keep a drive from sailing off line in tough conditions.
