The Kastaplast Svea in standard K1 plastic is the original build of Kastaplast's understable midrange, the one most of the reviews floating around online are actually about. It holds a longer, more predictable stability curve than either the Soft or K3 version.

K1 is Kastaplast's flagship premium blend: grippy without being sticky, very durable, and it takes years of tree hits before the flight starts to change. It beats in slowly, so the -1 turn you get on day one stays close to the -1 turn you get after a full season.

On a flat release it carries a long, easy glide and finishes with a soft fade left, and on a hyzer it will flip all the way to flat and keep going if you put enough speed behind it. That makes it one of the more reliable roller discs in the shop when you need a shot to run out under low branches.

I hand this one to new players learning what an understable flight actually feels like, and to anyone who wants a single midrange for hyzer flips, turnovers, and tunnel shots without switching discs. Big arms get a longer flip than a slower arm will, so expect the shot to look different depending on who is throwing it.
