The Kastaplast K1 Hard Stig (Clay Edwards) is the tour stamp version of the understable Stig midrange, stamped for Clay Edwards and molded in Kastaplast's firmer Hard blend of K1. It is the same mid-range shape the Stig line is built on, just in a stiffer plastic than the standard K1 run.

K1 Hard trades a little of the base K1 grip for extra stiffness, so it holds its rim shape and resists denting on hard forehand releases. It stays firm in hot weather instead of going soft in your bag, and it beats in slowly, which keeps that -2 turn intact well past your first season with it.

On a flat release it turns over and holds anhyzer for a long tunnel shot, then settles into a light fade at the end. It is an easy hyzer flip disc through wooded fairways, and slower arms will get real distance out of the turn before the fade kicks in. Beginners can throw it hard without worrying about an early flip, and big arms can flatten it out for a tailwind runner.
