Metal Flake C-Line is a firm, durable plastic with flecks of color suspended through it, so the sparkle does not wear away like a printed dye would. It holds the MD5's heavy fade for a long life in the bag rather than softening into a straighter flight after a season.
No wind or shaky release changes this disc's finish, which is the point of it. Thrown into headwinds or forced turnover attempts, it fades back hard every time, and on tight fairways that heavy fade gives you a predictable landing spot instead of a guess.
