Glow C-Line is grippy and stiff compared to a standard C-Line run, and a max weight Glow FD3 flies noticeably more overstable than a lighter C-Line off the same mold, more like the beefiest Firebird you own than a middle of the road control driver. It needs real speed behind it or the fade shows up almost immediately, so a soft release does not do this plastic any favors.

At full speed it holds a straight line and carries forward into a long, forward-penetrating fade instead of dropping straight down, which means it skips and slides well past where you expect it to land. It is not a distance disc, the low glide and strong late fade make sure of that, but it is a fantastic tool for controlled forehand and backhand drives in the woods, touch shots that need to hold a hyzer, and any hole where wind is a factor. Power throwers get a torque resistant driver that will not blow off line, while newer players without much arm speed will find it fades early and comes up short.
