MVP Neutron Detour (Reaper Edition)
1
This MVP Detour in Neutron plastic carries our own Reaper stamp, and it flies the exact understable line James Conrad designed for long panning turnovers and easy hyzer flips.
Flight Numbers: 5 / 5 / -2 / 1
Neutron holds its shape through a long beat-in period, so an early Detour off the shelf feels a hair more stable than the printed numbers suggest, and it loosens into that full turnover flight only after a handful of rounds on it, something I have noticed on our own Reaper-stamped batch.
On an anhyzer it opens into a sky anhyzer or a low roller, on a hyzer it holds a controlled left line, and thrown flat it is about as straight and torque resistant as an understable midrange gets. It is a great disc for a new player learning what a clean release looks like, and a fun turnover option for someone who already bags a Hex and wants a flippier disc next to it.
Good for beginner and intermediate players who want one midrange that can do turnovers, straight shots, and deep hyzers without swapping discs.
Prefer the standard James Conrad Team Series stamp instead? The MVP Neutron Detour Team Series is the same flight in Conrad's own stamp. Want the plain release with no stamp at all? The MVP Neutron Detour is the base version. See the rest of our understable midrange discs.
