This Discraft Buzzz is a 2022 Ledgestone Open Tour Series run in ESP FLX plastic, a bendier take on Discraft's most famous midrange with a bottom stamp exclusive to the tournament. It holds a line just as well as the standard ESP release, only the plastic itself flexes more on release.

ESP FLX has the same tacky grip as solid ESP with a softer, more flexible flight plate that helps get a cleaner snap on release, especially on approach shots. It beats in a little faster than stiffer ESP because of that extra give, so the stable flight settles in sooner.

Thrown flat it holds a neutral line with a short, gentle fade rather than flipping over, and inside 150 feet it works as a floaty upshot disc that sits instead of skipping past the basket. On a hyzer it stays on that hyzer for the whole flight, and into a headwind it resists turning over the way a lighter rimmed midrange would. New players get an honest read on their release angle, and forehand throwers like the flex on a flick approach shot.
