Elevation glo-G Interceptor
The Elevation glo-G Interceptor fuses the brand's reliable OG rubber with a glow-in-the-dark core, built as a stable to overstable approach midrange that sticks where it lands instead of skipping past it.
Flight Numbers: 5 / 4 / -1 / 2
glo-G plastic is OG rubber with a glow charge mixed in, and the floppiness is unrivaled among approach discs, soft enough that it takes some getting used to in the grip but effective once you commit to it. A groove on the flight plate gives extra purchase for both forehand and backhand releases.
The Interceptor is one of the best approach discs you can throw once you get past the unusual hand feel, hitting and sticking rather than rolling away on firm fairways. It works well for straight approach shots and long layups where control matters more than distance, and the extra weight around the rim keeps it predictable even at speed. Not the easiest disc for a total beginner to get comfortable holding, but a strong option for anyone tired of chasing rollaways after a good approach shot.
