Thrown flat with any speed it turns over and glides a long way before a light fade closes the flight, which makes it one of the easier ways to learn a controlled turnover shot at low speed. On a hyzer flip it flattens out fast for uphill approaches. It is not the widest rim for a forehand grip, but a slower arm or a beginner will get more out of this disc than almost any other midrange in the Discraft line, and I still throw it as a companion to a straighter midrange like the Buzzz when I need low, straight distance around 240 feet.
