The Prodigy 400 Archive is Isaac Robinson's signature overstable midrange, made in Prodigy's 400 plastic, a firm, translucent blend close in feel to Innova's Champion line. Prodigy shaped this mold to sit between their M1 and M2 in the lineup, giving it more push than a straight mid without turning into a full driver.

400 plastic is smooth at the seams for an out of the box disc, with a firm, grippy surface that holds up well to tree hits and fairway skips. It takes a while to soften, so a fresh 400 Archive stays close to its stamped numbers for a long stretch before you feel any extra flip.

Thrown flat this midrange holds a straight line and finishes with a real, controlled fade instead of dumping hard to the left at the end. I get about 30 feet more distance out of it than a Buzzz OS on the same swing, and it slots in nicely as a straighter, less domey replacement for a beat in Method. On a hyzer it is a dependable baby flexer, holding the angle you give it with a slow fade back at the finish.

Good for anyone who wants a midrange that will not turn over on a big hyzer or into a headwind, including newer players who need a disc that fades predictably instead of flaring wide. Power throwers use it for controlled upshots and tunnel drives where a straight to overstable flight matters more than distance.
