ESP is Discraft's grippy, semi translucent premium blend. It holds texture through wear better than base line putters, stays soft enough in cold weather to trust your release, and takes a long time to firm up. Even after a season of use, this Fierce will still turn over more easily than a stiff putter blend would.

Thrown flat it glides out and turns gently right before settling in with almost no fade, which makes it a natural for anhyzer approaches and turnover shots around trees. Putt with it on a straight line or a slight hyzer and it holds without fighting you. New players use it to learn confident, low power releases, since it does not punish a soft throw, and forehand throwers like the shallow rim for a clean pop off the hand.
