Discraft ESP FLX Buzzz
4
The Discraft ESP FLX Buzzz takes disc golf's most trusted stable midrange and blends it into Discraft's flexible FLX line, built for players who want extra grip when the temperature drops.
Flight Numbers: 5 / 4 / -1 / 1
ESP FLX keeps ESP's tacky, premium grip but adds flexibility to the blend, so it stays soft and grippy in cold or wet conditions where a stiffer plastic turns slick. It gives up a little long term durability compared to standard ESP in exchange for that extra traction, and it beats in a touch faster.
From 150 to 250 feet it goes exactly where you release it: flat and it rides straight with only a short fade at the end, on a hyzer or anhyzer it holds the angle without drifting off line. Inside the circle it turns into a reliable, slightly overstable upshot disc.
Cold weather players and anyone who struggles to hold onto a slicker plastic get the most out of this blend, though a big arm looking for maximum durability might prefer standard ESP instead.
Play in cold or wet conditions a lot? This is the plastic for it, but the standard ESP Buzzz holds up longer if durability matters more to you. Want a stiffer, more affordable option? The Big Z Buzzz gets you the same flight. See the whole lineup in the Buzzz collection.
