Discraft Adam Hammes ESP Zone (Reaper Edition)
The Discraft Zone in ESP plastic carries a double stamp on this one: Adam Hammes' Tour Series artwork on top and our Reaper flaming vortex stamp underneath. Take the stamps away and it is still the same overstable approach disc that shows up in more competitive bags than almost any other Discraft putter.
Flight Numbers: 4 / 3 / 0 / 3
ESP is Discraft's grippy premium blend, soft enough to feel comfortable on a flick release but stiff enough that the Zone does not lose its overstable edge for years of play. It takes a beating from trees and pavement without chunking, and the thick rim gives your hand something substantial to hold onto on a full power forehand.
Released flat it holds a straight line before finishing with a short, predictable fade, and on a hyzer it stays on that hyzer for the entire flight instead of flattening out early. This is the disc players reach for on a headwind approach or a flick putt from 30 feet where a flippier disc would sail past the basket. It is very torque resistant, so power throwers can put real spin on it without the disc turning over on them, and that makes it a natural for anyone whose forehand game needs a putter that will not get pushed off line.
Want the same overstable flight without the tour stamp? The Discraft ESP Zone is the standard release. Prefer a different plastic on the same shape? The Discraft Z Zone beats in a little differently and is worth comparing. See every version in our overstable putters collection.
